TMS Manager
in the Chicagoland area to oversee the delivery of TMS treatment for individuals suffering from MDD, OCD, and other mental illnesses. The TMS Manager will lead a team of coordinators and technicians in administering the only FDA-approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD. The manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and providing staff leadership under the direction of our medical directors and executive management.Location:

Oversee and manage TMS Technicians and Coordinators across our TMS chairs at Arlington Heights and Loop, ensuring they adhere to treatment protocols and provide exceptional patient care.Patient Care Management:
Ensure patients are properly scheduled, receive appropriate consultations, and have a positive experience during TMS therapy. Address patient concerns and coordinate with clinicians as needed.Operations & Administration:
Handle office administrative tasks such as managing patient leads, reporting statistical data to Operations and Leadership, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and streamlining scheduling and billing processes.Staff Development:
Lead the onboarding, training, and continuous education of TMS staff. Foster an environment of collaboration, professional development, and accountability.Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, equipment standards, and treatment procedures. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to guarantee treatment consistency and compliance with federal and state regulations.Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as treatment efficacy, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency to the Director of Operations.Patient Relations:
Serve as a key point of contact for patient inquiries, offering education and resources for patients and families. Oversee customer service delivery to ensure all patients feel well-supported throughout their care.Collaboration with Clinical Team:
