We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to grow our biggest franchises, focusing on social media strategy and fan engagement. You'll be responsible for building a community of parents and caregivers whose kids love our shows, creating authentic brand affinity, and nurturing global fanbases.In this newly created role, you'll collaborate with the Senior Director of Social Media and Brand Marketing Directors to develop platform-specific strategies and campaigns, establish a unique brand voice, and engage audiences across key social platforms. As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll work closely with teams in both London and LA, and should be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to dive into new challenges.Location : Los Angeles, CASalary : $110 - $130KType : Full time, office-based positionBenefits : Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D), Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays), Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), Wellness ResourcesResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies across all platforms in multiple territories.Create monthly content calendars in line with business requirements.Build processes and procedures to allow for best practices and efficiencies in social media activities.Work collaboratively with our partners across Platforms (including YouTube) Consumer Products & Experiences (CPE), Distribution, Partnerships and Music to support campaigns, product launches and promote new content.Work closely with Community Managers to drive conversation, build insights and grow audience.Track, analyze and report on social media performance in line with set KPIs.Work closely with internal creative teams as well as agencies to produce all social assets.Partner with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and fan engagement.Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, fan engagement, and key insights for senior management.Generate unique, engaging and positive campaign ideas to target our community of parents.Brief and oversee content creation including but not limited to photography, dynamic video (shorts, reels, infeed and IGTV content), written and graphic content.Minimum RequirementsProven 7-10 years’ experience in a social media role, ideally in the entertainment or kids industries.In tune with UK and US popular culture – particularly around the topics of parenting and young kids’ interests.Demonstrated success in growing brands on social, developing communities and fandoms to drive engagement and follower growth.Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, as well as understanding of social performance metrics and using data insights to drive improvements on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.Creative and innovative thinking, always looking for new ways to engage and delight our audiences.Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.Proven success in building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns across different territories.Excellent organizational & communication skills.Confidence in dealing with ambiguity.Strong communication with and management of stakeholders, being able to adapt to different styles and approaches.Previous experience within a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment without defined processes and procedures would be beneficial.Willingness to work across multiple different time zones (London/Singapore/LA), meaning early starts or late finishes on occasions.Potential Interview Process:Application ReviewRecruiter Call (30 min)1st stage interview (45 min)Case Study question sent with 48-72 hours to respondPresentation of Case Study/ Interview (45 min)In office face to face interview + office tour (Approx. 1 Hour)Please Note:
