Director of Sales
for our Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care community in
Sachse, TX
. Mustang Creek offers a unique, home-like setting for seniors where our team members are like family.Summary:The Director of Sales is responsible for the sales planning. These responsibilities include representing the company, finding and delivering qualified leads, and selling the community through investigating needs, advancing and demonstrating the capability to qualified leads to reach and maintain budgeted census and revenue goals. It is expected that the Director of Sales will promote Mustang Creek Estates within local business and commerce settings.Skills Requirements:Must have assisted living sales experienceAbility to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational and time management skillsMicrosoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word experience requiredPlanning and negotiating skillsSchedule:Full Time - 40 hours per week. May flex schedule to meet the needs of the business with the approval of the Executive Director.Complete all Mustang Creek Estates required trainingReports to:Executive DirectorExecutive Director of Sales and MarketingAreas of Responsibility:External business DevelopmentSales:Develop a strategy for each prospect from initial inquiry through the decisionPlan each customer interactionMaintain a proficiency of Database system (Eldermark)Keep all prospect records current in databaseBuild customer focused relationships by: Call objectives, investigating needs, demonstrating our capabilities, obtaining commitmentsEnsure all team members in community understand that marketing is everyone’s responsibility and are knowledgeable about their roleConduct weekly sales meetings with the Executive Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing.Budget and Financial:Strive to maintain census of 95% or higherMonitor and manage sales and marketing budgetMove in process:Act as primary company representative with emphasis on targeted referral sources for lead generationMonthly/weekly planning and execution of external business presentationsPlan call objectivesPurchase and distribute marketing/sales promotional itemsPlanning, Reporting, and Administration:Submit weekly Sales reportPlan, advise and consult with management for salesConduct bi-annual competitive researchCommunication:Possess a strong understanding of Mustang Creek Estates and the services provided in order to effectively present the company to prospects and influencersLeadership:Acts in a professional manner, representing the values, philosophy, and character expected by Mustang Creek Estates.Creates a positive environment with high team member & resident satisfaction.
