– We commit to safety across all operations, for our employees and our customers.The Role:As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounts while achieving sales targets and business growth goals. You will work closely with the Victorian Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and foster relationships with Tier 1 and 2 customers. Your primary focus will be on growing new accounts while maintaining existing relationships (80:20 ratio).Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities and grow key accounts within your portfolio.Follow up on quotes, new business leads, and product or project opportunities.Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and GMs.Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt customer support and quotations.Meet sales volume targets and contribute to structured customer contact plans.Gain in-depth knowledge of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that add value.What You’ll Bring:Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, from field staff to senior management.Comfort dealing with large tenders and projects.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with a win-win approach.A growth mindset and desire to advance in your account management and sales career.Previous experience in civil infrastructure product sales is a plus, but not essential.Strong time management and organizational skills.Experience working with budgets and P&L.What You Can Expect:Competitive salary and benefits package.Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and toll pass.A passionate and supportive sales team environment.Opportunities for career growth and development in a national company.How to Apply:If you’re ready to take on an exciting challenge with a growing industry leader, we want to hear from you!
