Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced & dynamic B2B Account Executive to take Tiffany & Co. luxury business gifting to the next level. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional sales results and provide best-in-class luxury service to our business clients. You will develop and manage strong relationships with top-level accounts while establishing new and cultivating existing business accounts. You will drive business to retail and deliver business growth on a consistent basis. Must live in or be willing to relocate to

San Francisco/ Bay Area.The Account Executive must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed-upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the west team and the local teams in a transparent, united, and mutually supportive manner. They must model and champion our core belief; People Make the Difference and our values; Be Creative & Innovative, Deliver Excellence and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit.Key AccountabilitiesSales Achievement: Responsible for sales growthConsistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales planGrow territory revenue month-over-month, with a focus on new account acquisition and new opportunitiesCapture client data in Salesforce, manage opportunity pipeline and client activityDeliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client businessDrive business through key product pillarsDrive business to retailClient Development: Deepen the relationship with our business clients to drive spend, cultivate new business clientsBuild robust strategy to cultivate new and existing client relationshipsCultivate a pipeline of Business Client prospectsConduct face-to-face, virtual and phone meetingsQualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environmentProven track record in achieving sales resultsAbility to work with a diverse business client base/sectorAbility to cultivate and develop C-suite relationships face-to-face and/or virtuallyStrong organizational, time management & multi-tasking skillsStrong written and verbal skillsStrong presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems such as SalesforceAbility to forecast and utilize data insight to manage and grow businessA college degree or equivalent work experience is requiredMust have authorization to work in the United StatesPreferredLuxury selling experienceThe hiring range for this position ranges from $74,035 - $100,165. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
