The ERP Systems Analyst will be a hands-on, personable, and proactive individual responsible for supporting upper management and the general workforce. The successful candidate will facilitate and implement the Syteline System, acting as the primary liaison between Syteline and employees. This role involves developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training employees, and continually expanding and improving program reporting. Experience with Syteline (5-7 years), Mongoose (3-5 years), and SQL (5 years) is highly desirable, particularly in manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:

Systems Strategies:Network and Database Maintenance:Develop, analyze, and maintain the organization’s networks, databases, and ERP systems, including budgeting and purchasing hardware/software.ERP Expertise:MUST have ERP Syteline reporting experience in a manufacturing environment and have gone through multiple implementations.Implementation of Key Modules:Must have experience implementing Doc-Track, Shop-Track, and Factory-Track.Risk Management and IT Infrastructure:Analyze current systems, assess risks, and propose changes to optimize the IT infrastructure.Consultation and Gap Analysis:Act as a consultant to business managers, performing gap analyses, creating test scenarios, and implementing solutions.Custom Reports and System Logic:Design custom reports and new forms, as well as customize logic for ERP systems.Customizations and Training:Skilled in system customizations, configurations, and training end-users on ERP systems.ERP Ecosystem Development:Knowledgeable in ERP ecosystem development and able to implement effective strategies for software/hardware systems.System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Responsible for maintaining computer systems and troubleshooting IT issues as they arise.Consultant Management:Manage external consultants and their time effectively.Training:Employee Training:Provide training and necessary assistance to employees involved in system implementation and maintenance.System Configuration Training:Train employees on information system configurations and usage.Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Expertise in planning and maintaining enterprise hardware and software.5-7 years of Syteline experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience with ERP implementations is required.Proficiency in SQL and Mongoose (5 years).Familiarity with industry best practices and the ITIL framework.Proficiency with Windows Server 2012 and later editions.Required Skills:
