It also means having fun and genuinely enjoying the work and the people.The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, creative and analytical growth leader to drive Partnership Marketing for Venmo. In this role, you will:• Own and lead relationships with some of our most important partners such as TikTok Shops, DoorDash, Starbucks, Uber and many more.

• Build meaningful connections with these partners to grow the partnership and drive value for our customers through innovative campaigns.

• Bring break-through marketing ideas to the table, with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to planning and prioritization.

• Synthesize learnings to create data-backed insights that inform future marketing strategy.

This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to impact Venmo’s immediate and long-term success, and to help define the future vision of the Venmo brand. They can rally and unite internal and external partners to work toward shared goals with clarity and purpose.Key responsibilities

• Work with a select group of Venmo + PayPal’s top strategic merchants to create and execute marketing programs that mutually drive both Venmo and partner growth through providing real value to our customers.

• Lead the execution of cross-channel campaigns, working with creative teams (including managing agencies), legal, analytics, finance and brand to bring marketing campaigns to market.

• Create campaign recaps and work directly with analytics to assess impact of marketing efforts.

• Manage marketing calendar and communicate regularly with partner teams across lifecycle, social, brand, comms, product, legal, customer relations and sales to ensure broadscale alignment on Venmo marketing.

• Oversee partner marketing team budget own intake process to keep budget up to date.

Requisite Experience

Marketing or Partnership Manager with 4+ years experience (Partner Management + Marketing Strategy experience highly valued).Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals; project management experience – aligning multi-stakeholder groups and utilizing relationships and resources to drive results.Marketing experience executing campaigns across a diverse range of channels – and within a rapidly evolving business environment.Strong analytical thinker with an innate curiosity to understand and manipulate data; Confident in drawing insights from data to glean learnings and inform strategy.Outstanding Communications and Executive Presence: can partner, influence and thrive in a global matrixed organization with an ability to present to all levels of colleagues.Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions with customer at center.Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.Empathetic, collaborative and flexible working in high-pressure fast-paced environments.Additional Job Description:Subsidiary:
