The culture is what drives our office and is what defines us as an employer.We are currently seeking a Senior Land Acquisition Manager who will play a vital role on a growing team. This position will focus on supporting client growth through specializing in land acquisition. They will generate and execute opportunities for land positions in various geographies, negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements, and develop relationships with property owners and industry contacts. Develop and implement strategies for identifying and acquiring suitable land for residential home development, build-to-rent communities, and multifamily projectsBuild and manage an annual pipeline that can deliver 15-20 closings per yearCoordinate, secure, and organize leadsReceive and provide initial response plan for all new leads from outside sourcesPerform preliminary due diligence – utility availability, wetlands, and zoningMeet with sellers, brokers, land bankers, and developersPrepare and negotiate letters of intent and purchase agreementsUnderwrite and analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunityCommunicate regularly with city officials and 3 rd

party vendorsCandidate Requirements:

Real estate license preferred5-10 years of experience in residential or multifamily land acquisitionProficient knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, due diligence, and land development processesOrganized and excellent communicator with strong negotiation skillsGo-getter mentality, highly self-motivated with a high degree of follow-upTravel: up to 30%This is a full-time position: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
