The Role
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth with key value-based care buyers. Specifically, this individual will focus on Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Management Service Organizations (MSOs). This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-driven solutions that impact risk management, quality improvement, provider engagement and overall performance. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals that contribute to the overall success of the organization.This person should have experience working directly in the healthcare technology industry, with a track record of selling engaging solutions to relevant ACO and MSO stakeholders.
What you will do
Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers within ACO and MSO prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Understand the unique challenges ACOs and MSOs face in managing risk and quality, specifically as it relates to provider engagement with workflow tools and data, and present our tailored SaaS and analytics solutions that address those needs.
Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contracting, effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform across multiple stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and implementation teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the ACO/MSO landscape.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in Salesforce
Provide regular feedback to internal teams to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Who we are looking for
7+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly focused on selling into ACOs and MSOs
A focus on selling SaaS or analytics solutions into the healthcare industry where provider adoption and engagement are primary KPIs
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals
Deep understanding of risk adjustment, quality improvement, and the challenges ACO/MSO stakeholders face
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including value-based care, population health, and regulatory requirements affecting ACOs/MSOs
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships at all levels within healthcare organizations, from C-suite executives to operational leaders
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
