Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Colorado Springs, COSalary: $21-28/hrAbout Us: Join a leading Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing organization where innovation meets efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Apply expertise in product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to evaluate manufacturing processes.Innovate manufacturing processes through research, design, and testing; collaborate with vendors.Boost manufacturing efficiency by optimizing workflow, space, and equipment layout.Ensure product quality with rigorous testing, establishing standards, and validating processes.Support production with blueprint analysis and equipment programming for lasers, turret presses, and brake presses.Monitor production outputs to meet specifications.Coordinate with shop teams and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.Review and approve design changes and specifications.Collaborate with Quality and Safety teams to uphold standards.Contribute to additional projects as required.Qualifications:BS/BA in a technical or manufacturing field or 4 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in reading technical specifications and blueprints.Preferred training in machine safety and quality awareness.Knowledge of brake presses, N/C turret punches, welding, laser, CNC milling centers, and CNC lathes.Proficiency in SolidWorks.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with growth potential.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Apply now to be part of our innovative team!Meet Your RecruiterLynnette HardySenior Executive RecruiterLynnette, a Senior Executive Recruiter at Job Store, brings 9 years of expertise, with 7 years dedicated to Job Store.
