As a vital member of the firm's client service team, our Corporate Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for researching, drafting and preparing complex employment, investment and treatybased visa petitions. A qualified candidate must be organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, work independently and also as a collaborative member of our client service team. This individual must have experience working with the U.S. Department of Labor procedures, knowledge of National Visa Center processing, consular processing, immigrant/non-immigrant visas, and AOS processes. #LIHybridResponsibilities:Researching, drafting and preparing complex employment, investment and treatybased visa petitionsPreparing H-3 Trainee, Individual L, or L-blanket petitionsPreparing E-1/E-2 treaty/trader investor visas, EB-5 investor visas, TN, H-1B, and E-3 visas, extraordinary ability visasDrafting and filing labor condition applicationsResolving client registration and processing issuesCrafting ad listings for PERM Labor CertificationManaging recruitment through submitting applications to DOL in compliance with federal requirementsQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree strongly preferredParalegal certificate required per CA state law (for California applicants)Minimum of three (3) years' of corporate immigration experience requiredExperience with drafting L's, H's, and PERM Labor Certifications requiredAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and knowledge of immigration-based software desiredBilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills are a plusPursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $78,500 - $128,100. P ursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law and Washington DC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this New York or Washington DC based position is between $81,900 - $133,700.
These figures represent the full compensation range of this position.
