Vice President, HR Operations.
This individual is responsible for setting, enforcing and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures and best practices and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management and HR Operations goals.
Vice President, HR Operations
Responsibilities:Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through HR Operations strategy and Talent ManagementIdentifies KPIs for the organization's human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization's success and market competitiveness based on these metricsEnsures business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirements globally to minimize risk to the organizationResearches, develops and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and employee incentive programs; principal responsibility for variable pay plan designEnsures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety and other laws, regulations and requirementsMaintains knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices in employment law, benefits administration, compensation/payroll and talent managementOversees the Total Rewards and HR Operations functions, including global compensation, US benefits strategy, planning and implementation, and global HRIS and India payroll operations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required; Master's or law degree highly preferred10+ years of human resource management experience is required, with strategic, talent management and/or business development experience highly preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferredStrong understanding of local, state and federal labor laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA and OSHA requirementsDue diligence or M&A experience preferred
