Job Description (Posting). OB Description:Senior Technical Manager with Experience of 10 to 15 Years.We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager to organize and coordinate projects, who will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers on project deliveries, organizational growth culture and will take care of the delivery unit operations.The Ideal candidate should be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing diverse set of people with different disciplines and to produce results in timely manner.Responsibilities: Formulate, organize, monitor project execution and delivery. Work closely with project sponsor, cross functional teams. Derive strategic approach for business growth. Coordinate cross functional activities. Lead and evaluate and involve in technical discussions. Analyze, evaluate, overcome program risks, produce program reports for management and stakeholders. Develop and control budgeting. Should take complete ownership of deliverables. Should have knowledge in Business development process like proposal submission RFP, RFQ, SOW CAPEX planning. Would have handled a large size team related to RD RCA Manufacturing Process. Should take responsible for project operations manpower Planning.Requirements Skills: Proven experience in Project Program Manager Role. Through understanding of Project Program Manager techniques methods. Excellent experience in handling MS Office Tools. Leadership skills. Should have good communication skill and should be a motivational leader. Should have track record on problem solving skills. BE B. TECH Mechanical. MBA PGDM is a Plus. Medical Project Background is preferred. (1.) To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team (2.) To architectdesign and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery (3.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. (4.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. (5.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
