EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Trust Services Account Associate to join our team in Mendota Heights, MN. We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. The ideal candidate will take initiative, seek out learning opportunities and is comfortable working in a self-directed manner. As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Account Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal.
Business Function
This role is the primary interface with customers of EQ Shareowner Services. This position partners with a Relationship Manager to be the face of our organization to our clients. The Account Associate role is a key function to support EQ's growth objectives and offers the individual a great opportunity for future career growth with EQ.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
Day-to-day client inquiries and requests, providing reports and lists.
Client balancing inquiries, updates in Client Authorized signer, assisting with document collection and answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls to customers.

Strong project management, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong time management and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Education Requirements
BA/BS degree is preferred
Financial services and/or securities industry experience
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trust, financial services, legal or account management
Experience in communications and interactions with individuals at various levels within an organization, including but not limited to senior leaders.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00
