Transaction Processing Associate (3rd Shift)

The Transaction Processing Associate will perform data capture, validation, and business support functions in alignment with established company procedures. You will work within a mailroom or transaction processing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.WORK SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMWORK LOCATION: 5130 Parkway Plaza Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28217WHAT YOU'LL DO:Capture, validate, and process complex data using OPEX systems and other tools.Pre-adjudicate documents, correct data errors, and ensure information is properly documented for the next steps.Conduct additional searches to extract accurate information from multiple sources.Verify data across multiple documents and update records accordingly.Follow up on pending research tasks or incomplete customer documentation.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and quality expectations.Perform additional tasks as required.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Experience with OPEX-7200/Falcon or similar equipment.Familiarity with OPEX-150 or MPS-40 is preferred.Prior mailroom or transaction processing experience is essential.Ability to solve problems independently using predefined operating procedures.Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision.Developed skills in data processing, coordination, and system procedures.Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent operational experience in relevant fields are a plus.Strong communication skills to exchange information effectively with team members and customers.Fortuna operates as a staffing agency engaged in sourcing, screening, and presenting potential candidates for employment opportunities on behalf of our clients.Fortuna was founded in 2012 by practicing professionals with more than 50 combined years of experience.
