Job Description:
The Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Talkish Co. is responsible for efficiently entering and managing customer data while providing excellent service to clients. This dual-role position combines data entry tasks with customer service responsibilities, ensuring accurate information processing and timely support for customer inquiries and concerns.
Pay : $16.50 - $26.00 per hour
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter customer information, transactions, and updates into the company's database.Verify and correct data to maintain accuracy and integrity in all records.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions or resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing detailed and clear instructions as needed.Maintain and update customer records, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up to date.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to confirm satisfaction.Monitor and report recurring issues to management to help improve customer service processes.Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing communications.Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer data and sensitive information.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or customer service is a plus.Previous experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.Strong typing and data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.Benefits
