Infosys is seeking a Senior
Microservices Consultant
with Microservices and Springboot experience. As a Microservices Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education•At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience•The location for this position is

Preferred Qualifications:Ability to use Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Netflix, Spring Hibernate/Spring Data for creating Java based microservicesHands on developing using messaging components - Kafka Consumer/Producer development,Unit test automation using frameworks like Junit, TestNG and MockitoAbility to create OpenAPI specification and use it for top-down and bottom-up generation of code/specificationWorking knowledge of Jenkins, Maven/Gradle and GitHands on experience in developing, deploying & monitoring applications & packages in AWSHands on experience in developing microservices with any NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DocumentDB etc.) with a good understanding of data sharding and read/write optimizationsWorking knowledge on OAuth 2.0 grant types and OpenID Connect to secure microservicesUnderstanding on container technology and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/PCF). Ability to comprehend how the microservices are packaged and deployed into any one of the platforms. (For example: Docker File, K8s Deployment & Config Maps etc.)Hands on experience working with Microservice Patterns (circuit breaker, service discovery, service registration, Api gateway).Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment and their frameworksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
