Lead the charge in training and developing warehouse team into a high-performing powerhouseDevelop and implement efficient warehouse procedures that align seamlessly with our companys high standardsTake command of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring they're finely tuned and orchestrated properlyMaintaining ideal inventory levels, precise record-keeping, and seamless material movement will be second nature to youEnsure the cleanliness and safety of warehouse, yard, and storeCollaborate with our Regional Safety Manager to uphold the highest safety standards, supervising protocols reporting, and operational functionsMonitor employee performance through meticulous evaluations and, when necessary, handle disciplinary actions with comprehensive documentationWhat you will bring::
Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience;Proven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coachingExcellent judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilitiesDrive to motivate team and maintain a positive and enthusiastic environment in all situationsFlexibility in adapting to a dynamic environment when requiredAbility to maintain excellent public relations with external and internal customersWillingness to work extended hours, if necessary, to meet branch goals
