About Our TeamWe are hiring a

AI Performance Engineer

to work in

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provide Group

(CSP). This is a fast-paced customer-centric organization that will adapt to changing market demands to serve customer needs.

What You'll DoDesign and develop software solutions for GPU cluster architecture and performance validation.Manage and maintain code bases, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient version control.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on OS, network, and hardware components.Troubleshoot and resolve software, OS, network, and hardware issues.Clearly document designs, processes, and protocols.Present information to internal cross-functional teams and customers.Basic Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering fields2+ years system performance analysis experience.Experience and deep expertise with CPU and GPU systemsMulti-node rack/cluster setup experienceExperience in software development, background in code base management and version control.Experience with mainstream programming languages (e.g. Python, C++, CUDA, and/or Golang).Experience with general Linux/Windows operations.Preferred Qualifications

Proficient understanding of at least one of the following domains: Datacenter Software, Datacenter Networking, Embedded System and Hardware, Operating System, and/or Deep Learning.Resourcefulness problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt them to daily operations.Strong communication and teamwork abilities with cross-functional teams
