Here's a look at what's included:Medical + Prescription DrugDental + Vision401(k) Retirement SavingsSuccessful candidate will be responsible for following safe work practices, plant policies and procedures, machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installing new electrical equipment and wiring, repairing or replacing; motors, controls, VFDs and PLC components.Basic Qualifications:Must have a valid Oregon (or reciprocal state) Manufacturing Plant Journeyman license or higher, or the ability to obtain a license prior to date of hire.Must have an excellent work and safety record.Must be able to work at heights, and in hot/dusty environments.Must be able to work various shifts including days, swing and/or graveyard with required daily or weekly overtime as needed.Must be able to comprehend and enter detailed work orders into our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Must have experience in Field Prep which consists shop math, basic measuring tools, print reading, and conduit bending.Must have experience using electrical testing equipment such as oscilloscope, meters, and meggers.Must have experience identifying and controlling failed components such as switches, relays, frequency drives, motor starters.Must be 18 years or older to apply.Preferred Qualifications:* Knowledge in Allen Bradly PLC controls* PLC programming skills* Experience with AutoCAD* Familiar with PLC 5, ControlLogix, Flex Logix, and/or MicroLogix* Familiar with plywood and/or veneer plant machinery and equipment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
