We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Vice President of Supply Chain. In this critical role, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including new product introduction, product lifecycle management, sourcing and supplier management, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, procurement, quality, and returns. You will be responsible for the driving process and spend optimizations around many billions of dollars of infrastructure spend. You will play a pivotal role in bolstering our capabilities and driving the growth of our infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development and execution of multi-year sourcing strategies and create resiliency in our supply chain.Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders from finance, operations, product and engineering teams through S&OP and LRP mechanismsOversee supplier selection and performance management; establish supplier scorecard frameworks and regular performance reviews.Develop and analyze business and technical data and scenarios to drive the highest levels of executive decision-making around infrastructure/product, up to the CxO level.Drive process and cost optimizations around our sourcing, warehousing, logistics network.Establish a streamlined defect management system and drive cost savings through warranties and returns programs.Drive the engineering roadmap to establish the ERP systems that provide a single pane of glass views for our supply chain and allows us to drive scenario planning and make late binding adjustments.Qualifications:
15+ years in business, product, strategy, or operations planning high-growth technology organizationsExperience in infrastructure supply chain operations and driving engineering roadmaps to build the right processes and tools to drive supply chain optimizations..Experience in finance or analytical roles, including in modeling and portfolio assessment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas with clarity, brevity, and at the right altitude for the audience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $275,000-$330,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
