The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and will be skilled in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year plus full benefits
Key Responsibilities:Provide confidential, non-medical counseling services to patients dealing with chronic pain, helping them navigate and process their experiences.Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client..Serve as the primary liaison for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care.Understand each patient's support needs and interaction preferences, providing a personalized experience that helps them adhere to prescribed treatment plans.Requirements
Master's degree
in Marriage and Family Therapy.Current licensure as
LMFT
in the state.Has a maximum 2 years of experience.Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.Benefits
