What You’ll Get to Do:

This position is for a Logistics Technician with experience in material forecasting, planning, and distribution. The individual will work as a member of a team to pack and prepare shipments as well as ship these items all over the world.

More About the Role:

The packing and preparation of equipment to ship items all over the world.

Individuals must be able to drive a box truck of 33’ around the DMV area, for pickup and drop off of equipment.

Responsible for the knowledge of ILMS / ARIBA

Responsible for the knowledge of warehouse safety, and to keep the warehouse clean and safe of obstacles.

Responsible for receiving and shipping

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking purposes

Responsible for executing work requests for building/staff issues in our scope of work

Responsible for record keeping of all items received and shipped.

Responsible for tracking all outgoing shipments from shipment to delivery

Individuals must be able to operate a powered hand truck and a manual hand truck for the movements of crates and skids

Responsible for the inventory of warehouse equipment and stock.

Responsible for delivery of items to individuals who have ordered inventory.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

0 to 1 Year of Logistical Supply and Control.

Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Must be able to drive box 33’ box truck

TS/SCI w/poly clearance is required.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

General knowledge and experience regarding ILMS and ARIBA software

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Working knowledge of warehouse safety

Pay Range

: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$45,400 - $90,900
