We are recruiting for the role of Release Train Engineer to plan and coordinate the implementation of product releases onto our global IM S/4Hana platform. Key Responsibilities: The key responsibility of the RTE in ERP is to be the point of contact for all intake for product group/HPT team demand. Individuals should take demand, work with service owners, estimate and provide estimates to business technology partners. Work with service owners to establish squad capacity to meet the demand. You will ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams and shared teams of the product group. You will ensure that project commitments are consistently planned, coordinated, and met across Products, squads, scrum masters, and shared teams. You will remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams. You will drive the process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams, not individual scrum teams You will protect the teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not scrum team members. You will communicate with the scrum masters and shared teams, Product managers, and partners. Individual will generate required HPT metrics monthly and quarterly and provide to Product group leaders and service owners. Establish a cadence and process to track the demand source, sow creation, and charge back to projects. RTE will create scrum of scrums for large projects, and manage project RTE's and Scrum masters. Standardize agile processes across squads, products, and product groups. Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience as a release train engineer/agile management. Proven experience as a Scrum master, RTE, and knowledge of sound SAFe and agile methodologies. Very strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated Release Train Engineer experience in big program implementations involving multiple applications. Experience with HPT teams, and understanding of product group, product, and squad model. Extensive experience in Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery. People management experience and effectively lead the team through change. Experience in estimating ERP projects and working with service owners to set up squads and implement scrum teams. Preferred: ERP/SAP skills combined with business/functional knowledge, preferably in a Supply Chain environment. Understanding of application integration to connect and enhance our applications and automation of business processes. Other: First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise You are open to occasional travel (up to 10%). The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
