We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day office operations while supporting our financial processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining organized records, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. You will also assist with essential bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in bookkeeping software, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help ensure the efficient operation of the office and accurate financial management.
salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Office Management: Organize and maintain office operations, including filing systems, supply inventory, and scheduling meetings or appointments.
Correspondence: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the organization, ensuring timely responses.
Document Preparation: Create, edit, and distribute documents such as reports, presentations, and letters.
Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records for various tasks, such as client information or business transactions.
Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients or customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Invoicing: Prepare and send out invoices to clients/customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
