Description Physical Therapist - Home Health with Providence in Walla Walla, WA. Schedule: Day Shift, Per-Diem, on-call position The Physical Therapist in the Home Health Program provides for and assesses the physical therapy needs of patients referred for evaluation. The physical therapist sets up appropriate plans of care under the direction of the physician for the patient. The Physical Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
