Successful candidates will handle the daily management of the warehouse crew. We provide unloading services for our clients.The Capstone Senior Developer will be a key contributor in an agile delivery team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems or providing cross-cutting support services. As an individual contributor, a Senior Developer is expected to be able to independently understand and propose solutions to difficult problems, providing recommendations to the Lead and carrying out the implementation of those solutions. Excellent technical and communication skills are a prerequisite for this position as is the ability to drive their own personal workload to completion and enthusiasm for software development.Additionally, the Senior Developer will act as the Team Lead's backup, leading the team's development effort when the Lead is out, as well as assisting in the mentoring of Junior and Mid-Level Developers and collaborating with the Lead and other team members for the continuous improvement of the team.General Job Responsibilities

Perform development of complex software applicationsWrite code across the full stack - front end Web UI, middle tier service layer, and back-end databasePerform analysis and provide estimates of work from requirements and design documentationCreate and execute unit tests and perform basic systems testingParticipate in peer code reviews and technical meetingsAssist in mentoring Junior engineers in coding practices and processWork in an Agile Scrum team process, collaborating closely with fellow developers, DBAs, QA, team leads, and stakeholdersTroubleshoot and support complex multi-component system and application problemsParticipate in the continuous improvement of the team, including acting as a proactive collaborator in these effortsDrive to completion significant units of work with minimal guidance from leadershipQualifications

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer applications, Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft stack (C#, , SQL Server, etc.)Aptitude and passion to learn new technologies, languages, and methodsComfortable working both independently and in a team environmentGreat work ethic and ability to finish workExperience with Agile development processes, methodologies, and toolsExcellent understanding of Object-Oriented software designKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Web ServicesKnowledge of some common .Net middle-tier programming framework, usually Web APIDemonstrated competence in C# and either SQL or JavaScriptExcellent written and verbal EnglishMust live in the metropolitan Atlanta areaDesired
