Therefore, one will have the opportunity to teach and work with Internal Medicine residents at two of our hospital sites.What you will need:License: Illinois Medical License or License PendingCertification: Internal Medicine board certified/board eligible by the ABIM or AOAWhat you will do:Seven days on - seven days offDay Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PMSwing Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AMNight Hours: 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AMProvide care to 12-16 patients (number of beds varies depending on location)Admit medical patients and consult on surgical patientsRotate to at least one other hospital site throughout the yearWork closely with internal medicine residents and Advanced Practice ProvidersNorthShore - Edward-Elmhurst Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
