The HVAC Service Manager should possess the following skills, characteristics and abilities:Excellent customer service5+ Years' HVAC Management
related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceIn-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems ( Commercial/ Industrial )Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuitRelated HVAC and refrigeration systems experienceTechnical aptitudeKnowledge of local codesExcellent leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConflict management skillsDetail oriented and highly organized - able to multi-taskComputer skills: - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigationClean, neat and professional appearanceValid driver's license with a clean driving record and backgroundAbility and willingness to work!Here are just a few of the reasons to work for us:
