Duties & Responsibilities: Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products. Prefer candidate with cutting torch along with stick, mig, and tig experience. Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld grinder, band saws, torch. Operate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand tools. Maintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods. Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards. Rework and/or repair welded parts and products according to engineering specification change. Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management staff. Other duties as assigned.

: High School Diploma or GED. At least 4 years' experience preferred. Basic reading skills and must be able to follow directions. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. The ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. High attention to detail and must be self-motivated.
Work in a team environment and respect all teammates. Working nights, weekends, and overtime is required. May be exposed to a variety of conditions, including hot, cold, or wet weather and dusty conditions
