Executive Assistant (Hybrid) - Downtown Orlando Dental OfficeWe are seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Assistant to join our team and support a reputable dentist in downtown Orlando. This is a hybrid role that involves a dynamic mix of administrative, marketing, and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the dentistAssist with marketing and social media management, including content creation and schedulingHelp organize and coordinate events for the dental officeRun business and personal errands as neededMaintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients, vendors, and staffManage office calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth daily operationsHandle communications, including emails and calls, on behalf of the dentistAdditional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree requiredProven experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleStrong social media skills with experience in managing business accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent communication and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with marketing and event planning a plusMust have reliable transportation for running errands
Schedule:
Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in-office, part-time remote)Flexibility with hours as needed for events and business operationsMay have to work 1-2 weekends per calendar year for special events
Salary Range: $55K - $63K
