About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Ramp Agent to join our team in the Transportation and Warehousing industry. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and baggage from aircraft. You will be responsible for operating ground support equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and forklifts, to transport cargo and baggage to and from the aircraft. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be critical in ensuring the timely departure and arrival of flights.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating ground support equipment Familiarity with airport operations and safety protocols Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication skills Attention to detail Responsibilities:

Load and unload cargo and baggage from aircraft using ground support equipment Transport cargo and baggage to and from the aircraft using tugs, belt loaders, and forklifts Ensure the safe and efficient operation of ground support equipment Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel

Skills:

As a Ramp Agent, you will utilize your physical strength and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo and baggage. You will also use your communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other airport personnel. Additionally, your ability to operate ground support equipment and adhere to safety protocols will be critical in ensuring the timely departure and arrival of flights. Overall, this role requires a combination of physical ability, technical skill, and teamwork to succeed.
