We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team, reporting to our Manager, Technical Program Management, to lead the delivery and optimization of customer facing, cross organizational programs for CoreWeave's customers. This individual will take full ownership of these programs, partnering with customers to comprehend demands and timelines, engaging with necessary teams to determine technical requirements and resource allocations, and collaborating with operations to drive seamless execution and support company growth and initiatives. A key aspect of this role is the ability to read and interpret data effectively, providing insights to drive decision-making and improve program performance.

Responsibilities:

Define and build comprehensive plans for delivery programs, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, to guide successful execution and delivery of data centersEngage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate program requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectivesCollect and analyze project and program data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing program performancePropose and implement data-driven solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectivenessFoster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including engineering product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful program executionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement initiatives based on data insightsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and supportIdentify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders in order to drive resolutions and minimize impactDevelop and implement scalable processes for program management within the companyFacilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of program objectives, progress, and challengesGenerate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholdersDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and effectivenessRequirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on utilizing data analysis to drive program optimizationProven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completionThe agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demandsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise mannerFamiliar with the basic components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and infrastructureOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $135,000-$165,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
