Position Overview Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Integrated Master Scheduler to support SDA’s mission.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Retrieve and consolidate vendor-provided integrated master schedules (IMS)
Coordinate inputs, develop and maintain a government specific IMS
Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks and divergences; present findings to Sr. Leadership
Be cognizant of internal developments to inform scheduling updates
Develop internal briefing material as directed by the government team
Develop external facing products (briefings, emails, etc) with high standard and attention to detail
Support the Tranche Director and Cell Lead
Provide general support to the SDA as tasked (coordinate meetings, briefings, etc)
Support application product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams (i.e. Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, & Industry)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
3+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project
3+ years Project Management experience
Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense
Hands on proficiency using presentation development tools, principally PowerPoint
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creative thinking skills
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or relevant technical discipline
