Job DescriptionWestside Veterinary Hospital and Moffett Road Veterinary Clinic, located in Mobile, AL, are seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our five doctor team at our West-side Veterinary Hospital location. Excellent salary based on experience and full benefits including 100% paid health insurance, 4% 401K match, and free pet health care are just a few of our competitive package perks. The schedule will include shifts at both locations with only a half Saturday (8am-noon) every 4 weeks and no holiday or after hours/emergency duties. A relocation bonus can also be provided to a veterinarian moving to our area.
We have a long-term, knowledgeable staff and offer not only a welcoming environment for new graduates, but also modern equipment for a more seasoned veterinarian to continue to excel in practice. Our clientele base is vast and we continue to grow as we welcome new patients, providing a great opportunity for a new team veterinarian to succeed. We are also offering the opportunity to work relief days in May and June for any interested veterinarian that would like to experience the practice dynamic before committing.
RequirementsDoctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license5+ Years of Veterinary ExperienceCurrent DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hireCompassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health's core valuesEffective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as wellBenefits
