Full Time Housekeeper For Principal in Tampa, FL

Looking to hire a full-time housekeeper for a principal and her daughter in Tampa FL. Candidate will split their time between the mother's condo in Tampa (Primary job location) and her daughter's home in St. Petersburg (1-2 days per week). Daughter also utilizes a cleaning service, so housekeeping duties are not as intensive. Responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, running errands and cooking dinners (Simple dishes).

Serious candidates looking for long term commitments and flexible to work between both homes.

Schedule:

Full Time, 5 days per week. Mon - Fri

Job Duties include but are not limited to;

Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the residence. Vacuuming, dusting, mopping etc.Making the bed. Tidying and straightening up the bedrooms. Ensuring things are organized and put away, clearing binsBathroom cleaning. Refreshing towels. Mirror and countertop surface cleaning.Knowledge of different surfaces and their proper care (Marble, stainless steel, wood, glass etc.)Dishes. Loading & unloading dishwasher as necessary etc.Laundry and Ironing. Wardrobe care and organizationGrocery shoppingCooking dinners (Simple family style dishes)All other housekeeping related dutiesJob Requirements:

Minimum 5 years housekeeping experience with verifiable referencesOrganized & detailedPositive & professional attitude

Compensation and Benefits -

$35 per hour. PTO. 6 paid holidays, paid sick days.
