Sigma Healthcare Team is looking for experienced Physical Therapist to work for our contracted facility.
Shift:
Monday - Friday (hours can be flexible between 7am - 6pm)
The details:Dynamic patient caseload consists primarily of general orthopedics with a strong focus on Manual treatment techniques and evidence based care. Be a part of this team of clinicians with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.

Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTECurrent state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in IndianaHas one (1) year outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotationsBasic Life Support through the American Heart AssociationFocuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellenceThe responsibilities:
Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy servicesDocument progress toward identified objectivesProvide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of departmentCreate a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication.Conduct patient and family educationDisplay strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communicationThe benefits:Comprehensive benefit package, depending on employment status such as:
