Colorado Physician Partners / Internal Medicine Southwest is looking for an outpatient geriatrician to join 8 providers in an independent private practice in Littleton.
Colorado Physician Partners (CP2) is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management and large group contracting.
The Position:1.0 FTE opportunityApproximately 18 patients per dayAPP supervision is requiredCall schedule 1:6EHR - AllscriptsQualified Candidates:
Board eligible / board certified geriatricianSupervisory Skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome.Salary Range:
Salary & Benefits:
