Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing rings, chips, and burrs from parts and performing basic assembly tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with blueprints and count parts accurately.
Responsibilities
Remove rings, chips, and burrs from parts.
Perform basic assembly tasks.
Load and unload parts.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in counting parts accurately
Deburring skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with knurling is a plus.

Work Environment
You will be working in an air-conditioned, updated area within our precision department, which houses 100 different CNC machines, including 83 Swiss machines and 17 mill/lathe machines. Our workforce consists of 46 employees on the first shift and 26 on the second shift, with no weekend shifts.
