Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our School-Based team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and collaborate with school staff and parents. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals and families (primarily children within the school setting)
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, etc.
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
