Thisposition also acts as the primary backup and overflow support for allnon-exempt positions in the loan servicing department. Responsibilities includePayment and Payoff Processing, Mortgage Servicing, File Vault Administration,Escrow maintenance, and Credit disputes, particularly during employee absencesdue to extended leave or seasonal workload increases.Essential Functions:Perform a variety of job functions, including but not limited to Image Specialist, Loan Support Specialist, Payment and Payoff Specialist, and Mortgage Servicing and Maintenance Specialist, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Process assigned Cherwell tickets and respond to Loan Administration email requests in a timely manner.Assist with the processing of loan payments, payoffs, loan draws, and maintain accurate system records for loan accounts.Track escrowed property taxes and insurance payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing on both escrowed and non-escrowed loans.Collaborate with department management and other bank officers to support special projects and conduct detailed research as required.Follow up on consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan ticklers, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.Process and maintain insurance documentation for all loans not covered under blanket policies.Recommend improvements to departmental processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Adapt to changes in duties as required, assisting other work groups within the department as needed.Engage in continuous learning to enhance understanding of departmental functions and improve overall performance.This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.Experience & Education:2years of bank lending operations experience or related experience within afinancial institution.Atleast 1 year of experience in loan processing and documentation.3years of experience in lending operations or experience in consumer loancollections preferred.2+ years of loan processing anddocumentation experience, preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is required; successful completion of some college-level business courses is preferred.Skills and Qualifications:
