Occupational Therapist On-Call

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN in Alexandria, MN. Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. This position and location is eligible for:

Competitive base pay rate at $60 per hour

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

Current license/registration in the State of MN

Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus

Demonstrates good documentation skills

Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills
