ABA Clinical Supervisor (Associate Clinical Supervisor)

About the Position:
We are looking to hire individuals who are willing to contribute immediately by supervising programs, training behavior therapists, overseeing the quality of each individual's program, manage data and measure intervention effectiveness, conduct and write assessments, write reports and programs, schedule cases, and lead team meetings. ASI as a company is rapidly expanding and in need of new staff who are eager to grow with the company!

ASI specializes in Applied Behavioral Analysis/ Intensive Behavior Intervention in the home community, school, and clinic settings. Services include ABA Services, Functional Behavior Assessments, Counseling, Parent Consulting, and Social Skills Group.
Qualifications
Conduct themselves in a professional, responsible and reliable manner
Have a motivation to learn new skills and help people
Be over the age of 18
Possess a valid driver's license, own a vehicle and have proof of automobile insurance
Complete and pass

Passed a recent (with-in two years) tuberculosis test
Completed at least a bachelor's degree and have at least three years' experience providing ABA interventions with individuals with ASD, MR, PDD, CP or other developmental disabilities or combination of disabilities
Able to work with and communicate with all the client's team members including parents/caregivers
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, incidental teachings and other ABA strategies
Able to work independently with little direction
Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds
Able to sit on the ground, sit on small chairs and bend and move at the waist
Available to commute to different locations to provide services
Communicate effectively in an oral and written format
Understand and use basic computer operations
Previous training as Lead Interventionist preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Job Description
Works under the supervision of the Divisional Clinical Supervisor, Associate Clinical Director, Clinical Director, Business and Operations Manager, Executive Clinical Director and the Executive Director
Evaluates One-to-One Interventionists, Lead Interventionists
Writes and revises progress reports and FBA reports
Assesses new consumers and writes assessment reports
Monitors and advances consumers program progress
Creates goals for program
Provides consistent communication with the clinically supervising staff regarding the program
Facilitates and participates in team/clinic meetings
Helps to create stimuli for the program
Collaborates with parents and other personnel working with the consumer
Creates goals for program
Attends IPP, IEP, PTM and other meetings specific to clients program design
Trains parents and caregivers regarding behavior analytic concepts, including data collection.
Trains parents/caregivers regarding implementation of intervention plans
Works directly with the consumer to model proper implementation of intervention plans for parents/caregivers
Works directly with the consumer to provide ABA therapy in an individual or group capacity including social skills groups
Observes parents/caregivers implementing intervention plans and provides feedback
Reviews consumer's data and progress with parents/caregivers
Troubleshoots with parents/caregivers and revises plans as needed
Perform administrative tasks for all assigned cases including but not limited to analyze data, write
Reports, maintain scheduling, staff communication, family communication, book updates.
Provide staff development trainings, pre-hire trainings, parent trainings or other trainings.
Attend trainings and meetings at the ASI office
Attend and Coordinate and Lead Team, Staff, Supervisor and other meetings.
Develop logbooks, icons, visual schedules, PECS Books, and other forms of stimuli.
Develop trainings for Team, Staff and Supervisor meetings.
