The salary range for this role, based in New York is $88,560.00 to $110,700.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary
Portfolio Finance (Data Reporting & Analytics) partners with teams across PR USA to develop and empower our company's business performance through reporting, analytics, and insights. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of new reporting, analytic tools, monthly business reviews and improving ways of working within the company. A successful candidate will interact with all areas of the organization and acts as a center of excellence for their respective brands. They will also work with cross functional partners (DATA) to leverage technology, business intelligence and data management best practices to bring efficiency and visibility to the organization.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Manage the monthly reporting and analytic tools for stakeholders.Deliver insightful analysis with actionable recommendations with quantifiable opportunities/risks.Improve understanding of our P&L, business performance and strategy through development of visuals and other reporting tools.Support training needs on business performance tools and best practices.Internal champion for reporting, analytics, and data management.Continually look for areas of improvement in our processes.
Nature & Scope
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Portfolio Finance (Data Reporting & Analytics) and will interact directly with Pernod Ricard USA DATA, brand, commercial and marketing narrative teams. It is critical for the individual in this role to embrace cross-functional ways of working.
This role leads the measurement and management of financial and business KPIs across PR USA stakeholders. The impact of the position is fundamental to the organization, brand company, and to the portfolio finance team. The nature of the role requires a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills. A passion for embracing new technologies and fresh ideas for process improvement are critical to success.
Key requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience / Background:
Prior experience in finance, business intelligence, analyticsWork experience of 3+ years with experience in reporting and/or portfolio managementAbility to work collaborativelyAn ability and interest in learning new tools and systemsSkilled in excel and other Microsoft office programs
