We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Partner Channel & Alliances finance team who will partner with and support our Alliances Finance leadership to provide financial reporting, insights and analytics to support financial oversight of the Alliances business, monthly financial close management, spend management, planning, and compliance. AS THE PARTNER AND ALLIANCES FP&A ANALYST, YOU WILL : Be the finance FP&A analyst supporting the Global Alliances finance team and partnering across the Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, Human Resources and the Global Alliances and Sales team Participate and provide financial support in all Alliances and Partner financial rhythm of business that includes P&L management during month-end close process, financial performance management, financial modeling, forecasting, planning, and provide ad hoc financial reporting, insights and analysis for the Alliances business. Support HC financial management and planning for the Alliances business. This includes budget forecasting, planning, and reporting with insights and analytics to support financial management and hiring decisions Support development and automation for defined Alliances business health metrics to support managing business performance Collaborate with Alliances Finance peers and business partners on financial deliverables to corporate functions. Be a compliance champion and ensure the Alliance business compliance with company policies. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE PARTNER AND ALLIANCES FP&A ANALYST WILL HAVE: 3+ years of related experience in FP&A with Sales Finance experience Experience with financial rhythm of business (month end close management, budgeting and planning, forecasting) in a technology organization Experience creating, automating, and reporting out on financial and business key performance indicators (or OKRs) Exceptional financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with previous experience in CRM, Financial Management and BI applications Experience and understanding of the cloud business model and familiarity with cloud and partner KPIs / OKRs Fluent with G Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to various levels of the organization Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Experience working in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed MBA or related relevant area is a plus Prior experience in working in Sales or Partner finance is a plus Understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP is a plus Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $107,000 - $144,900. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
