MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicinePreferred residency in Emergency MedicineBoard certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with 5 years of Emergency Department experienceActive, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing processCandidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

Bear River Valley Hospital, located in Tremonton, was rebuilt an opened in 2009 it is a modern, 16-bed facility, staffed by 46 medical personnel and other employees. The facility services Tremonton and the surrounding area.
