Duties and Responsibilities:
Enhance Advisory leaders' effectiveness by providing administrative and coordination supportPlan, execute, and assist with hosting business development, marketing, entertaining, and team eventsOrganize, coordinate, manage travel logistics, and prepare Advisory leaders for offsite prospect and client meetingsResearch client prospects and opportunitiesMaintain business development pipeline and activity trackingAssist with new client acceptance and set-up procedures, engagement letters, client reviews, and billingPrepare weekly and monthly scorecard reporting packages for the Advisory Services PracticeAssist with preparation of Advisory calendar, project scheduling, expense management, and time entryActively participate as a team member and manage accountability of the teamMaintain confidentiality of informationAssist with other company functions/support as requestedQualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience (in a professional services firm preferred)Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated success supporting multiple team members and managing numerous prioritiesProactive approach to anticipate and preempt potential problemsInitiative and resourcefulness to accomplish work with little supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, can-do attitudeStrong keyboard skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including intermediate proficiency with ExcelFlexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of tasks, and work flexible hours to meet deadlines
The pay range for this position is $30-35/hour.
