Responsible for executing Krystal 9 operating systemsAssists in developing sales forecast and schedules to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness will be metMonitors business: previous day numbers, schedules, cash shortage concerns, and HACCP LogsReviews inventory efficiencies to create product (truck) ordersReviews inventory and evaluates food costsControls food and equipment inventory, conducts daily and weekly inventory counts and keeps inventory recordsImplements and follows up on operations and financial action plans.Analyzes sales and labor results throughout and after each shiftMaintains Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness standards and service expectationsMaintain Facility

Ensures the restaurant is a safe, sanitary and appealing place for everyone

Assists in the compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire policies, standards and regulationsHelps to identify problems and conducts high-level troubleshooting for restaurant equipmentRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objectsAbility to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 50 poundsConsistently handles product preparationAbility to kneel and follow proper lifting proceduresConsistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
