Responsible for overall clinical, administrative and fiscal operations of Adult and Child Crisis Response Centers.Member of the Einstein Behavioral Health Leadership team. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff of the program. Supervises programming services. Promotes the effective and efficient operation of the program, including, but not limited to, supervision of staff activity to ensure compliance with the DBH/IDS contract, and annual CRC specific competencies and trainings. Assists Medical Director in complying with AEHN QI requirements. Assists in completion of CRC budget process.This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) children, adolescents, and adults in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.Supervises staff activities to ensure compliance with DBH/IDS contractServes as contact person for AEMC with DBH/IDS monitoring processEnsures that all staff obtains required annual and CRC-specific trainings per contract.Insures appropriate investigation and follow-up of complaints/grievances when necessary. Assesses need for care and programming based on individual patient needs.Develops and manages annual operating budget. Ensures that units operate within budget.Conducts annual performance reviews for direct reports in a timely manner. Provides supervision as necessary. Facilitates opportunities for staff education, knowledge and skill development. Maximizes individual staff membersrsquo; strengths to achieve program goals and staff engagement.Develops and implements policies and procedures that are compliant with DBH/IDS contract requirements, federal and state regulations and accreditation requirements.Participates in all EBH Leadership Team functions. Follows all CRC and AEMC policies.Identifies position vacancies, interviews potential candidates and fills open positions.Complies with hospital and network policies regarding confidentiality.Complies with all policies related to Emergency Procedures as defined in the Environment of Care plans. Knows personal role in event of a disaster or emergency situation.Performs other duties as assigned/required by supervisor.Education/Training/Experience:Master#39;s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or related field (required).Must have at least five years clinical experience (required).At least two years supervisory/managerial experience (preferred).______________________________________________________________________________Licenses/Certifications:Current PA License in respective discipline (required).Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check.
