Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:
Managing operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for organizational daily activities, evaluation planning, and execution
Assisting in the identification of mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance, including providing inputs to JCER future evaluation and expansion capabilities and options (Note: Shall require an OSD CAPE PPBE Waiver)
Developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the entirety of the JCER portfolio
Develop, convene, and conduct a JCER risk management board
Assisting in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS, etc.)
Organizing, directing and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects
Qualifications:
Current/active Top Secret+ security clearance
At least twelve (12) years of related experience
Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project or other scheduler type of software)
Experience in preparing and submitting products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns and preparing resource requests for multiple divisions
